At 100 Labor Apartments, Salud SA served as the Market Producer and Photographer for a community activation in partnership with Franklin Companies. Salud was responsible for managing the budget, securing 15 vendors, and curating entertainment that transformed an underused outdoor communal space into an engaging social destination. Designed to both serve current residents and attract prospective tenants, the event combined music, food, and local vendor participation to create a lively, experience-driven environment. The activation strengthened resident engagement, highlighted the value of the space as a community amenity, and elevated the property’s visibility as a vibrant place to live.
